We have reasons to celebrate! Next September, BeDjango will attend PyCon 2017. Yes, you read it right! So the event, which in this occasion will take place in Cáceres, will have three talks by our team: Alejandro León, who will present an initiation on Open edX; Bea González who will speak to us about SEO and how it must be applied in every phase of the project; and Alejandro Gómez Morón, Nacho González and Pablo Iglesias, who will tackle Angular, Ionic and Django, friends with benefits.
In Alejandro León’s talk, there will be a presentation about what Open edX is, the potential that it offers, and also an explanation about its architecture and the extension possibilities that it has. On the other hand, Bea will develop a talk which ultimate purpose is for the attendants to get to know SEO checklist, which must be done before, during and after the project development. Alejandro, Pablo and Nacho will explain in detail how to integrate a Django backend with front-end Angular and how part of that code can be reused to build a mobile application with Ionic. Interesting, don’t you think?
Attending an event of these characteristics not only will mean to continue learning in the biggest Python event at a national level, but, to do it with three talks, means we take a little step forward, each day, to be more visible in the community. “It’s a great satisfaction to have the chance to transmit the knowledge acquired by our team, after working very hard on projects with this technology”, Alejandro León points out.
